There are ample parking spaces available at the venue for 28€ per day. Payment upon departure.
Registration Desk
Name badges can be collected at the Merck reception desk on the ground floor from 14:00 onwards.
Headshot Photos
Throughout Day One of the Summit there will be opportunities to have headshot photos taken by a professional photographer. Further details will be shared on-site. Please attend in smart attire suitable for photographs.
Dress Code
The overall dress code guidance is business casual.
Airport Transfers
Arrival and departure transfers have not been pre-arranged. Please arrange your own transportation to and from the hotel. Taxis are widely available at the airport. The cost of a taxi from Frankfurt airport to the hotel venue is around 20-25€ and will take approximately 15 minutes. Please note that not all taxis accept credit or debit cards. Frankfurt also offers Uber. Where possible, we encourage attendees to share transportation with colleagues.

A dinner has been organised at Friedas Bar and Kitchen on Thursday 26 September.
